FAQs

Fast fashion garments are mass-produced at high speed, often under unfair labor conditions and with little regard for sustainability. They’re made to be cheap, quick, and disposable, which leads to overproduction, waste, and harm to the planet.
Slow fashion is the opposite in every way. Each piece is created thoughtfully, using sustainable fabrics and crafted by skilled artisans who are fairly paid for their work. It takes time, care, and attention to detail, which is why these garments last longer and carry more meaning.
Choosing slow fashion means valuing quality over quantity — and doing your part to support artisans and protect the planet.

Cotton loves a gentle touch: Wash by hand in cold water with mild detergent. No bleach, no drama. Dry in the shade to keep colors fresh. A quick steam or a cool iron is all they need to look crisp again.
Satin is a diva (in the best way): Best to dry clean. If you must wash at home, use cold water and the softest detergent you own. Never wring, just let it drip-dry gracefully. For wrinkles, skip the iron — satin only trusts a handheld steamer.
Think of it as slow fashion self-care: the better you treat your clothes, the longer they’ll stay stunning.

Fabric & design selection — together, we finalise the fabrics and design details that best suit your vision.

Yes, upcycling is one of our favourite parts of the process. We believe old clothes carry memories, and with the right design, they can be transformed into something new and full of life.
Here’s how it works:
Reach out via email or Instagram DM with details or photos of the garment(s) you’d like to upcycle.
Consultation with our designer to discuss design ideas, inspirations, and what you’d like the new piece to become.
Fabric & design finalisation — we assess what can be reused from your old garment, add any sustainable fabrics if needed, and finalise the design with your approval.
Measurements & tailoring — we take your measurements and our artisan team begins transforming your garment.
Delivery — your old piece returns to you as a unique, handcrafted design made just for you.
