SHIPPING POLICY
Good things take time.
Every piece we make is handcrafted with care, by artisans -- not machines. We believe in slow fashion — creating thoughtfully, not hurriedly — so your orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Most parcels arrive within 4-5 days, but we’d rather pleasantly surprise you than overpromise. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link. For special delivery requests, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Return & Exchange Policy
We put our heart into every piece we create and curate, so each item you receive is special. Because of the nature of our work — handmade, small-batch, and unique — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or minor variations. We will, however, happily replace or refund your item if it arrives torn, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect. To process this, please contact us at info@kalibilli.in within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
Please remember, slight differences in colour, texture, or stitching are natural in handcrafted and small-scale production — they’re part of what makes each piece unique. By shopping with us, you’re supporting slow fashion and mindful craftsmanship — where quality and individuality come first.
